MD•8 is not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. The medical professionals and pharmacies who provide services to you may or may not be covered entities. MD•8 may be considered a “business associate” of the medical practice and affiliated pharmacies; where that is the case, we protect your Health Information and disclose it only in accordance with HIPAA.

Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies, for functional, analytics, and advertising purposes.
